Verdane Idun II aims to contribute to a low-carbon society and will invest to promote energy transition and resource efficiency. The fund is more than twice the size of its predecessor, Idun I. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 9 Funds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both Idun funds invest in ambitious companies that contribute to more sustainable societies. Idun II is classified as a “fund with a sustainable investment objective,” also known as an Article 9 fund under the EU Council Regulation. All investments undergo strict sustainability requirements in addition to Verdane’s unique 2040 test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continued collaboration with manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nysn\u00f8 continues its collaboration with fund manager Verdane in their new fund, Idun II. Idun II combines technology, digitalization, and sustainability. The Idun II fund will invest 700 million euros. Verdane is an independent specialized growth investor that partners with technology-driven, sustainable European companies. Verdane seeks investments within two main areas: digitalization and carbon reduction.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n
