With HIPtec’s new industrial production method, equally strong metal parts can be manufactured with lower weight and reduced costs. The method can be applied to a wide range of metals and alloys, including stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminides, precious metals, as well as many combinations of multiple materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unique production method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional methods for manufacturing metal components often require high energy consumption, and HIPtec has developed an innovative production technology that reduces energy use and emissions. A core element of HIPtec’s production technology is the use of Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). HIP combines high pressure with high temperature to join metals into complex components. Compared to traditional production methods, costs are lower\u2014and material consumption, energy consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions are significantly reduced. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n
