At Nysn\u00f8, Paal primarily works with fund investments, including investment processes and monitoring of existing managers.<\/p>\n

Paal holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and completed an exchange semester at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He joined Nysn\u00f8 in 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Argentum Fondsinvesteringer, where he was part of the secondary team with a focus on the Nordic region and the United Kingdom.
