Maren Stangeland started in Nysnø as Investment Manager in 2022. She came from a position as a senior associate in HitecVision. As part of the investment team at HitecVision, Maren worked with portfolio companies across funds and transactions within the energy and infrastructure space. Prior to this, she worked as a consultant at Deloitte with a primary focus on financial due diligence for both industrial and financial clients. In Nysnø, Maren works with direct investment in green industrial projects and ventures. She is motivated by moving capital for both commercial success and reduced emissions, and always enjoys meeting with entrepreneurs with bright ideas for the green energy transition. Maren holds a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic management from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business administration from Trondheim Business School.
