Skagerak Capital is a Norwegian venture fund investing in technology companies in the intersection between climate tech and AI.

Fund V – directed towards climate investments, supported by track record and robust deal flow

Skagerak Capital has previously raised NOK 1.3 billion and invested in around 60 companies. For Fund V, most of the portfolio companies will contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The fund will make early-stage investments in Norway and the Nordics within ocean tech, proptech, and resource efficiency.

Experienced team
Skagerak Capital is led by an experienced team. Current partners Terje Berg-Utby and André Berg Edvardsen have worked together in the company since its establishment in 2006. The third partner, Andreas Eskeland, joined Skagerak Capital in 2016. The current partner team has been instrumental in positioning Skagerak as a leading investor in climate technology and AI.
