Per Arne holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from NTNU and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy and Finance from NHH. He has 15 years of experience as a Senior Partner in Private Equity. He currently runs his own advisory firm focused on technology, finance, and strategy. He serves on several boards in the private sector, with a focus on technology and energy. He has also been CEO of the porcelain manufacturer Figgjo, where he led a transformation of the company’s strategy and its global expansion. In addition, he has experience from the research sector at NORCE.

Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics from NTNU. She has experience as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she most recently served as Global Manager Sustainability. Since 2016, she has been part of the executive management team at the renewable energy company Eviny. She previously led innovation and business development, and now serves as Executive Vice President for Electrification and Technology. She has also held board positions at the Norwegian Climate Foundation and GC Rieber Shipping.

Murshid has a Phd in Economics and Management from the University of Stavanger, and a master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management. He has built and listed several technology companies, from ideation to scaling, with base in Norway. Two of these are within climate, Norsk Renewables and Skyfri Group. He has also invested in several companies in Norway, and abroad. He has extensive experience in building startups, from early stage to international scale. Two of these are in climate technology, Norsk Renewables and Skyfri Group. He has also invested broadly in technology companies in Norway and abroad.

Mariann holds a Cand.scient. (Master’s equivalent) in Informatics from the University of Oslo (UiO), a Master’s degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and has completed executive education at INSEAD in France. She has extensive experience from the investment industry and currently works as Head of Commercialization at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI).

Trond holds a degree in economics and business administration from BI Norwegian Business School. He has extensive experience in investments and active ownership, having spent 20 years at Ferd and, since 2023, at the family-owned investment company Farvatn. He also has board experience from a range of directorships in sectors including industry, consumer goods, and healthcare.
