Glentra Fund I is a scaling infrastructure fund that invests exclusively in companies that will contribute to reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
Experienced team
The fund is led by the partner group Henrik Tordrup, Steen Lønberg Jørgensen, and Michael Bruhn Hansen. They have over 50 years of combined investment and operational experience from the renewable energy sector, including Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
Investing in the energy transition
The fund invests in companies in the energy transition, including energy production, energy integration, and energy services and efficiency. The investment strategy focuses on capital-intensive growth companies with a strong and mature project portfolio with low or negative EBITDA at the time of investment. Glentra Fund I has, among other investments, invested in the Norwegian company Kyoto, which provides electrothermal energy storage solutions with applications in sectors such as the chemical industry, the food and beverage sector, the paper and textile industries, as well as district heating.
